This page explains how Agro Flow AI (“we”) collects, uses, and stores your personal data on agroflow.uz.

When you fill out the contact form: name, phone number, your role (farmer, water organization, government body, etc.), and an optional message. When you visit the site: your theme choice (light/dark) is remembered via a cookie. If you consent in the cookie banner, we collect anonymous usage statistics via Google Analytics (page views, device type, approximate region).
2. How we use your data
Contact form data is used solely to respond to your inquiry. Analytics data is used to improve the site. Your data is never sold to third parties for advertising purposes.
3. Who we share data with
Contact form data is stored in Agro Flow AI's internal backend and is only visible to authorized staff. Where consent is given, Google Analytics (Google LLC) receives anonymized usage statistics. No data is shared with any other third party.

Contact form submissions are retained for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for internal record-keeping. Google Analytics data follows Google's standard retention periods (typically 14 months).
